My team and I pride ourselves on building strong, ongoing relationships with our clients, making time to understand the unique needs of each individual and every organisation with which we work.

All of our lovely team are skilled and qualified coaching professionals with extensive experience of supporting and implementing sustainable behaviour change.

We have all delivered numerous people development projects for a wide range of leading companies.

We have a wealth of experience in coaching and leadership, and a passion for what we do.

We are based in Windsor, Berks, and have experience of working with clients all over the world.

Rosie NiceRosie Nice:  Founder and Director

Rosie founded our consultancy in 1998, after an early career in British Airways.

She is a passionate advocate of the power of coaching to create transformational results and enjoys working with organisations and their leaders to build a successful coaching and learning culture.

Rosie is the author of the best-selling coaching book, The MAGIC Happens in the Silence, a guide to the art of reflective coaching.

Rosie has a coaching qualification from Henley Business School, runs an award-winning coach accreditation programme and has built a strong coaching community around her unique MAGIC Methodology.

Her coaching is holistic, focusing on wellbeing as well as personal and professional success, creating a safe, confidential space for clients to reflect without judgement.

Rosie believes in maximising our personal strengths, and helps clients harness their unique qualities to reach their full potential.

She is married to Mr Nice (yes, really!), lives in Windsor, and has a blended family with 6 children, 2 cats, 2 tortoises and a vintage VW Camper called Ruby.

Daniel Bourne: Accreditation Assessor

Daniel is a qualified coach and is our supportive and experienced assessor for our Accredited Award in Coach Training Programme. He offers expert feedback, support and guidance while our learners complete their accreditation requirements.

Jan Doyle:  Lead Associate

Jan is a training and performance consultant, facilitator and qualified coach, specialising in leadership, coaching, mentoring, sales and service.She is passionate about helping people learn and achieve their true potential, identifying and nurturing their ability to perform to the best they can be.

Steve Gormley

Steve's career spans over 25 years in leadership, organisational development, strategy, and executive coaching. He is based in Scotland. He  has built a high level of expertise, and is recognised as a knowledgeable, inspiring and insightful facilitator, coach and consultant.

Joe Espana

Joe is an experienced organisation and executive development specialist and qualified coach.
He has held senior positions with British Airways, Credit Lyonnais, Guardian Royal Exchange where he was SVP Group HR Development Director and latterly Heidrick & Struggles Leadership Consulting, where he was Principal Consultant.

Jane Rowland

Jane specialises in strengths-based coaching and change management and has worked with a variety of Blue-Chip companies to bring about strategic change. She has supported large development programmes across a range of organisations including banks, hospitals, schools, airlines, and telecommunications.

Helen Geoghegan:  Associate Supervisor and Coach

Helen leads our supervision service and offers supportive and insightful group and 1-1 supervision sessions.

She is an expert Coach, Facilitator and Talent Development Consultant and has worked with a diverse range of clients.
