I have just completed the Magic Coaching course. It was extremely informative and provided a clear framework for coaching sessions, it also offered the opportunity for experiential learning. The facilitators are very experienced, knowledgeable and supportive. A useful workbook is also provided covering the key areas discussed on the course. The course is a good starting point for those exploring coaching but also as CPD for experienced coaches. The Magic methodology is a really good structure to underpin the coaching process. I absolutely loved this programme. As someone who's been in charity leadership for years, I've always been passionate about creating empowering culture, but this course helped me understand the why behind what I believed. And that's been genuinely inspiring.
Working with Rosie, Jan, and a brilliant group of like-minded professionals, I finally got to explore the principles and frameworks that underpin effective coaching. Everything clicked into place. The methods we learned are practical, accessible, and actually work in the real world, which is exactly what I needed.
Rosie and Jan were superb. They both bring decades of coaching and leadership experience from business and consultancy, and they absolutely brought it to life. They didn't just teach us, they inspired us. Honestly, they showed us the real Magic, and I'm so grateful for that.
I'd highly recommend this training and the book to anyone on their coaching journey. Whether you're looking to refine your existing skills or you're completely new and want to embed a coaching approach from scratch, you'll get so much from this. It's been invaluable for me, and I think it will be for you too.

This course was brilliant. I’ve been a coach for a few years already inside an org, but this course specifically broadened my approach to coaching at a more pure level. The Magic Coaching training was brilliant. The sessions were excellently facilitated: engaging, concise, and packed with a tonne of useful information and practical tools.

There’s a strong emphasis on supportive practice, which really helps to build confidence and embed  learning. It also attracts a really interesting and eclectic group of people, making it a great opportunity for networking and peer learning.

I came away feeling much more equipped and inspired as a coach. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, practical foundation in coaching.

Brilliant training programme in coaching, covering everything from the basics (what is coaching) to more advanced skills (how to approach different scenarios and engage different types of coachees in the process), with lots of opportunities for practicing what you learn. Having just completed the three all day workshops that are part of this coaching course, I can honestly say I feel deeply motivated and very confident in pursuing this qualification with aim of making a career from it. Without a background in coaching, being able to put what we learn into practice in the safe place that is each session means that I have already set the groundwork to be an effective coach. The practical side of this course is so important for building confidence and hitting the ground running. This has been a truly enlightening programme. Run very professionally and enhanced by Rosie and Jan's vast experience of coaching. The MAGIC framework is a refreshing approach to coaching and during the course we explored practical tools that will help the people we coach to reflect. “The Magic of Coaching is a cracking short course! I came across it after reading Rosie’s book, "The Magic Happens in the Silence", and was keen to explore further. The material covered was really accessible, particularly the core model used to help you navigate your way through a coaching conversation.  The course was clearly delivered and perfectly pitched to either the beginner or, like me, someone wanting to brush up their skills and enjoy a dose of cpd. I loved the small group structure which helped to create a really comfortable, friendly atmosphere online and Rosie and Jan were fabulous facilitators who kept us all actively engaged and who were so generous about sharing their skill, insights and experience.  I really recommend it !”

The Magic Happens In The Silence - Book Review
I have just finished reading Rosie’s book "The Magic Happens in the Silence” and thoroughly enjoyed it.  The logical framework outlined helps support the coach or line manager to take any coachee on a journey of discovery, methodically. Rosie and Jan have really helped me become more comfortable in coaching through all of the techniques they shared with me on the course 'the magic happens in the silence'.
